The
Carolina Pops Orchestra is committed to our upstate community. One
of the ways we give to the community is by employing upstate
musicians
for our concerts. These are the people in our area who are working
hard to excel at music while still paying the bills.
In addition to featuring local professionals, we also are committed
to offering 10 percent of our chairs to top local college and university
students. Finally, one
outstanding local high school student is featured in the orchestra for each concert.
Whether you are a performer or a patron of the Carolina Pops, you are
always among friends at our concerts.
